A conversation between 2 Colleagues went on like this.
Raju: why dont you buy and own a flat by paying emi?
Vinay: Why should I pay 48000 Emi when i can get the same house rented for Rs 10000 ?
Raju: You would be the owner of house yar
Vinay : I would be the real owner only after paying the final instalment of loan buddy.
Raju: Bro , its a great investment
vinay: An investment? That too a flat ?
Raju: If you own a house , you would get respect in society.
Vinay: along with that i would even get burden of loan and i become slave of that BANK and one more thing it restricts my mobility. And one simple thing if i have 50 lakhs i invest and from returns i spend 10000 As rent and enjoy remaining amount with lots of peace . Why should i rear a buffalow when milk is available in the market.
Raju : Vinay, you are a big fool and timid fellow and where do you invest? Gold, Bank fds, Lics? :
